Gender: BOY
Weight: You know I didn't even think to hop on the scale today but based on how I feel I would guess 1-1.5 lbs bringing my total weight gain to just shy of 30lbs. I'll be sure to take a final weight before Monday to see where I ended up for the entire pregnancy.
Maternity clothes: All day long yes with some regular Target long and lean tanks for good measure. I giggle every time I put on something that's tag contains the word "lean" hehehe.
Stretch marks: *sniff sniff* let's just not even talk about it mmmk?
Belly button in or out: Yup
Sleeping: As per the norm just when you need sleep it is ever elusive...ah well I had a good run and definitely made out much better this time than last so I'll be grateful for that and keep my grumbling to a minimum.
Worst moment of the week: I was about one contraction away from calling my OB on Sunday thinking I had thrown myself into labor from overdoing it all weekend. I had Harper solo all day Saturday and Sunday morning and while I had great intentions of "taking it easy" it's kind of hard to do with an almost 2 year old in the house. Harper doesn't understand that mommy should probably sit down and put her feet up she wants to PLAY! So play we did! We spent a full day at my mom's lake house on Saturday and Sunday morning hit up two playgrounds and the beach at the end of our road all before 11:30am! By the time daddy got home at noon to take over I was cooked and paying the price for my over active weekend....nothing a little nap and some ice cream didn't fix though so luckily a call to the Dr was avoided (phew!)
Best moment of the week: Although I was run ragged Harper had a great weekend! I love that she can go months without seeing my mom and brother but when she does it's like no time has passed at all. We had a great time and already looking forward to Nana's big 60th bash on Saturday!
Miss anything: Nothing that I won't have back soon enough. I do however think I'll miss those panel pants when I'm faced with the reality of pants with actual waist bands again!
Cravings: Ice cold beer....who wants to deliver to the hospital?
Anything making you sick/queasy: Nada
Running: Hahahahahaha. I did two 30 min hill workouts (walking) and called it good, anything else triggers contractions.
Looking forward to: My mom's birthday party on Saturday and of course Monday! It is surreal to me that by this time next week I will be the mother of two...under two...and cue the emotional pregnant tears!!!
Different this time around: Nothing I care to share about on the internet...haha!
